1. Acceptance of Terms
By using AccHub.my, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Trial Period and Account Deletion

• New users receive a 14-day trial upon signup.
• Accounts inactive for 30 days after the trial period will be automatically deleted.
• After a subscription expires, user data will be retained for 90 days, after which the account and all data will be permanently deleted.

4. Data Security and Privacy

• All user data on AccHub.my is encrypted to ensure confidentiality and security.
• Only you and your authorised team members have access to your data. Not even AccHub.my administrators can access your data.
• AccHub.my implements advanced security measures, but if your account is compromised due to your credentials being exposed or hacked, AccHub.my cannot recover or restore your data. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

5. Use of Services

• You may use AccHub.my only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with its normal operation.

6. Intellectual Property

• AccHub.my owns all rights, titles, and interests in the software, platform, and related intellectual property.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Service Availability

• AccHub.my strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may perform maintenance or updates, during which service may be temporarily unavailable.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccHub.my is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• This includes loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

• AccHub.my may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.
• Upon termination, your access to the platform and your data may be restricted. Encrypted data may remain inaccessible if account credentials are lost.

10. Changes to Terms

• AccHub.my may update these Terms of Service at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate Malaysian courts.
