Is AccHub.my compliant with Malaysia’s e-Invois system?
No. AccHub.my currently provides a basic CRM solution. Support for Malaysia’s e-Invois will be introduced in future updates.
How long is the trial period?
All new account registered comes with 14 days trial; no risk, no commitment.
If I do not renew my contract or pay after trial, will my account be deleted?
Accounts that remain unsubscribed after the trial period will be deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Accounts with expired subscriptions will be retained for up to 90 days.
Can I reactive my account?
If your account becomes inactive but is still within the retention period, you can reactivate it. However, once an account is removed, it cannot be restored, as all data will have been securely deleted to protect users’ sensitive information.

Is my data protected?
Absolutely. All your data is encrypted and secure. Only you and your team have access; even AccHub.my’s admin cannot remotely view it.
